Take a good look at your needle, make sure it's not bent or the tip still looks sharp.

I use a shot of Windex multi-purpose cleaner. Water, backflush, Windex, water and my brush is usually good to go.

It might take a little time for Dick to process your order, be patient. This happened to me when i ordered my last batch.

I really like DN. Very easy to dip your lure and hang it to dry, plus the finish is outstanding. People don't like dealing with the storage issues that are involved with it but I bought a quart over a year ago and have had zero problems with it hardening in the can with the use of bloxygen.

Createx is compatible with DN. Just be sure to heat set the paint before you spray or dip. Reading this thread has peaked my interest in trying to spray DN, I usually dip my lures.

My favorite color for pike is silver with a black back. I caught my personal best on these colors, a 42" 21# monster on Eagle Lake in Ontario. But mainly any color with silver seems to work best for me.

Try Jann`s Netcraft or Stamina as well. I got some from Jann`s (shad rap knockoffs) that I have painted but I haven`t fished them yet. They also have a husky jerk/minnow bait and I got some of those too.
