I first got into bass fishing while growing up in southern Indiana. We used to fish the old strip mine pits in Newburgh ,In. These pits were full of bass and I soon was hooked for life.

I now live in Vermont and much to my surprise good bass fishing exists here as well as trout and pike fishing. I just started making wooden top water baits in 2009.I can't stop thinking about what I want to make next. I currently work for the Cooperman Fife and Drum co. , We make rope tensioned field drums , fifes,drumsticks , frame drums and historical colonial period toys. www.cooperman.com
