I understand that PolyOne's plastics are the best to use because of the quality. On their website http://www.polyone.com/en-us/products/Pages/default.aspx they list all kinds of different plastics, which one would be the one that we use? I'd just like to understand the nature of the material - I guess it will help my thinking pattern when dreaming up new designs.

Hi guys, I've just registered and I thought I'd take the time to say hello. I'm from South Africa and a co-organiser of the Kickboat Bass Classic. I love to use topwater poppers, frogs etc for largemouth bass and am setting out on the journey of making my own baits. After much surfing I came across tackleunderground and it looks like the right place to be. For now I'll just be asking questions and getting my ducks in a row. Once I get into the swing of things I'll give back to the community and share my findings, how I made certain lures and the successes I will inevitably have with them.
