Thanks for the kind words bud!! Theses were all namebrand re-paints. I caught a shad last year that had a little blue tint to it and thought it would make a nice looking bait. Snapped a few pics of it to use as a photo finish. These were painted for someone and then returned to the owner after complete.
I have to give Thanks to my friend Husky (Mike) for sharing his tutorial. His wisdom and knowledge led to these!!
Tried my shot at another Smallmouth. I darkened my greens and was really pleased with the way this one turned out. To me, it looks more like a natural smallie, than my first.
Thanks for the kind words John!!
That will be fine for you to try it. Making challenges for yourself, is always fun and teach you a lot. Can't wait to see it!!

Thanks John!!
I think it is a old Culprit color called Craw. Its a dark black/purple on the back with a light color belly. I have one out in the shop. I will try to post a picture of it tomorrow.
Thanks Ben!!
A friend brought a craw worm to work and wanted me to match some of the colors off of it. He said that he has been catching some nice bass on it and wanted to try it out on a hardbait. I matched the back and belly of the worm and just added a few of my own colors, to try and make the craw come to life.
