  1. I can not really answer any if your questions. But I've always had excellent customer service with do-it. They even sent me a free replacement mold when I had issues with one.
  2. @ravenlures. What pic are you talking about?
  3. I wear these from harbor freight
  4. Five years ago I started injecting baits using a microwave and Pyrex cups. I gave up after a few months because it was so time consuming. But recently I tried it again but this time a bought a presto pot and I'm telling you it has been so much better. I just leave the injector in the pot so it stays warm and I don't have to clean it before every shot. I would strongly recommend not cooling your mold in ice water.
  5. Jig man...I think you typed in pop and it corrected it to plaster of Paris. Just guessing See it did it to me too....pop. Nevermind p o p
  6. I've been trying the spro popping frog this year. And so far no fish. Not a big fan so far.
  7. Yes GST takes up to two weeks to cure. However if you dip it one day. Then dip it again the next it shortens the cure time. In my opinion the storage issues with dick nites turns me off. The last time I tried it I got about 20 lures dipped before it hardened. Even with bloxygen.
  8. I use my bathtub to test my crankbaits. But one day I was messing around with a sweet beaver and was amazed at how the forward facing ribs trapped little air bubbles. I'm guessing it looks like it's breathing to a fish.
  9. This is as close as I've seen. Love this lure http://store.do-itmolds.com/Birch-Bug-425_p_92.html
  10. Ordered a bears 7" trick worm. What type of plastic do you guys like soft or medium? Thanks
  11. I have the do it senko mold...it's great
  12. It says 4 cavity 702 craw for 140$....seems really cheap to me. And pics won't load
  13. I'm pretty sure people make their own inserts out of rivots. There have been posts in the past about how to do it. You may find it in the soft plastics how too section
  14. The fastest and easiest sealer is super glue. I buy the super thin hobby lobby brand. It's 4$ and I can probably seal 60 lures with it.
  15. I like dakotalakestackle.com
  16. I order the sinking addative. It was not what I expexted. It looks like concrete and makes any translucent color completely gray. It works fine on blacks and blues though. Any color recipe you want to make will look completely different once the addative is mixed in.
  17. I can not speak for wood. But it holds up great on plastic.
  18. Thanks I've been using the cobalt rubber clamps. I will try the heavier duty c clamps
