  1. Here's another pic....it's on the bottom right ribs
  2. Does anybody else own this mold? Here's the story, I bought 30 birch bug lures off ebay to try and see if I liked them. Well I did so I bought a two cavity mold from do it (caney creek). I can not get the mold to stop flashing on the ribs. It's honestly not a huge issue, I don't think the fish would even see it. But I don't like the look, and the ones from eBay did not have it. I have to say, I contacted do it, I talked to Ryan and he went out of his way to help me. He even sent me another mold at no charge. Which was great customer service, however it still does it! I am using bears medium plastic, and a presto pot set at 300. Slow pressure. Here's a couple pics. Please advise if you have any suggestions. Rob
  3. I "guarantee" they will break if you try cutting a nail with them.
  4. I don't have a link. So I'm thinking I might have bought them at hobby lobby. Here is a pic though
  5. I've cut over a 100 and they still cut just fine.
  6. Gate shears from harbor freight. Cost about 2$

  8. I really like painting over the foil. It still shines through the paint!
  9. I've bought many of those holographic lures. I have no clue how they do it.
  10. I remember a post a couple years ago about that set up. Great idea
  11. I use devcon 2 ton epoxy. I just put a little bit behind the stick on eye.
  12. Most of the original warts I have bought have paint on the bills. I kind of like the paint on look for some reason.
  13. I don't think he was mentioning a stirrer, I read it as another heat source. Like a crock pot or something.
  14. Are the barlows swivels worths?
  15. I never could get the jonestones to stay on the lure when I ripped the plastic cover off!
  16. These are close http://www.captainhookswarehouse.com/index.cfm?page=detail&hookid=433&sizeid=17
  17. I did inject that lure, however it is a hand pour mold. I still get the nubs even when I pour, but not nearly as bad!
  18. Also, I'm really new to the whole wiggle wart lures. I've bought 10 pre rapala warts on ebay. These things really look and feel just like the real deal. Also, I'm not affiliated with predator bass baits
  19. I tried two lures and both swam with great action. The only thing I see is a slight line across the bill, that looks more like the new warts bill. But it's barely visible, and I have to say I am extremely impressed with these lures. Good job Jim!
  20. The one on the left is a pre rapala.
