I am asking because I wanted to try painting spinnerbaits with my airbrush. I normally just use powder paint. I just started using kbs on crankbaits and I love it. I just tap the can and brush it on, this is one I made yesterday.

Does it melt skirts? Either living rubber, or silicone.

The laddle pour works 100% of the time. I got tired of the lee pot clogging, dripping, and all around head aches.

The best thing I ever did was switch to the small electric pot, and hand pour.

Well Ive tried 3 different solarez products and all crack on short drops in my garage. But I still use it, I just seal my baits with super glue first. After the ca glue I dip the lure twice in the polyester sanding sealer. It dries dry and rock hard. Then I paint the lure and top coat it with kbs diamond. The polyester clear gloss, and polyester epoxy do not seem to dry rock hard so Ive stopped using them. However it is currently 15 degrees and I dip in my garage, so Im guessing that is the main issue!

Ive tried solarez twice over the past 3 years. I have to be honest, when ive sealed my lures with it i accidentally dropped a few, and the solarez cracks. I sit in a chair when I sand them, so they have only falled a couple feet.

I use this flashlight and a uv nail box. I dip the lure and put it on a lure turner for ten minutes. My favorite, not really in order. Dakotalakestackle.com unpaintedlures.com, predatorbaits.com, bustinbassbaits.com. Almost every lure ive gotten from these companies swims properly!

Bob Smiths 30 minute epoxy works just as well. Hobby Lobby carries it

I gave up on ac1315...I never felt like it was fully cured!

Acrylic paint....but it needs to be thick. Not watered down like the paint you use in your airbrush. Get yhe anitas yellow from Walmart and use that. I use drill bits
