Thank you all. Yes it's been wet and hot in pike county. I can handle the heat better than the cold and the fish are already wet so i can handle the rain. Found a bass club to get in and i will be voted on for membership next Thursday.

Ben around my neck of the woods i fish a lot of top water with no paint at all..that's if the bait is plastic. It works good when you have a little clear water...good luck
