  1. thanks for sharing bobp, I kinda thought this would happen with turning them had to try for myself. I am figuring out what works for me kbs is thinned enough I hardly get build up at the tail end of the bait. I use paper towel to wick the build up away. thanks again
  2. hi everyone, I received my kbs last week and done some test with it . I dipped straight out of the can and put on tuner had bubbles. then I thinned 20% with xylene/xylol instead of their#1 thinner. and dipped and hung hardly any bubbles maybe a couple out of 5 baits not a big deal. I am very pleased with results so far , I am using bloxygen and I have product in a canning jar for now to see how long I can use it before it starts to gel . this stuff gets rock hard on the bait in just 2-3 days. I just wanted to say thanks to you guys for sharing all your knowledge. this is what makes this hobby so much fun !!!
  3. thanks for the help BOb.P and 21xdc I am going to order some I am just making sure I ask the questions before I do. I also know there is going to be a learning curve. I have tried epoxy's and concrete sealers I am using etex but looking for something that I can dip instead of brushing on.
  4. hey saltshaker and 21xdc this is my concern with trying a mcu is the shelf life. I know mcu will harden in the container do you think it will last for a 3 to 6 month period before setting up. I plan on putting it in a canning jar for dipping mixed with 10 % to 15 % thinner. thanks joe
  5. HI everyone, I would like to say thanks for all the info you guys share this site has made it fun to learn and try new things. my question is I am thinking about ordering some kbs do I need to use bloxygen along with the #1 thinner. and for those of you using it. what is the shelf life of this product compared to dick nite .
  6. ethen, i have del's,bears and just purchased a bt 6oz twin injector, bears and bt both have there purpose i shoot 20 to 30 molds at a time i like bears for single colors very smooth injector. but it has a learning curve with the tips but not a issue after you get used to it., as far as lams i have both bt 6oz twin injector and blending block and bears system . i like the bt system for lams, less of a learning curve. the 6oz bt has is a big unit you wont go wrong with the 3oz .
