  1. thanks for the replies. i have been doing a bit of reserch and it seems the iwata seems better quality. timbojrjr; i was looking at the BR but i wasnt sure if the 1.8ml cup was big enough? i supose 1.8ml of paint does go a long way when just painting a few lures,
  2. i forgot to mention i would prefer something that will do finer detail, by the sounds of it the paasche TG#2 talon is probably better suited than the iwata revolution CR with its finer tip/needle set up. anyone used a talon?
  3. hello, time to buy a decent airbrush. i dont need a top of the range model, just something that will do the job and is good quality i dont have the luxury of going to look at anything so i need some advise firstly, im looking at spending under $100. ive read that the iwata revolution CR is a good choice and is within my buget, but ive also been told to look at the paasche range as well. can anyone give me some advice or info on either of those 2 options.? thanks.
  4. thanks for the replies, much apreciated. so DN being a urethane is much easier to use than 2 part epoxies? is it similar to CS seal coat?? i have flex coat (normal thin one) and also the high build, im guessing the high build has less solvent in it. i will experiment with both, but which do you guys think would be better to use? -benton B; have you tried the thinner flex coat? thanks for your help.
  5. hello, this is my first post here, i'm currently using auto clears on lures, i havnt used any epoxy like disk nite etc. my question is can rod building epoxies be used with sucess as a clear coat? is it any different than DN and others ? thanks.
