Thanks to both of you for your feed back (it does mean a lot to me and makes me ready to make another one lol). I haven't tried it out yet, but hope to soon. I think that I am going to try a paint scheme inspired by the big o (red, black, and orange over yellow) on my next one. -

2 3/4" from tip of the lip to rear hook eye. Circuit board lip. painted with rattle can. Tell me what you think.

I'm new to a lot of this too, but there is a tutorial on making a PVC swimbait. Might be worth checking out.

Hello all from south central Arkansas. Just thought that I would introduce myself. I am a 37 year old married father of four, mechanic in a chicken factory, and go bass fishing as often as family and work will allow. I recently started experimenting with carving my own crankbaits (now i'm hooked haha). Thank you all for the wealth of info that is on this site that has helped me get started and keep up the good work. See you on the water.
