  1. Ah that's good to hear, hear that ? That's silence of the post. LOL
  2. Colorant will for sure add bubbles they are correct again, try without or another color, I also see glitter, and polyester molds bubble while aluminum didn't within same 5 minutes. I have seen scent do it too. Who's color? jeff@mf
  3. Ok Mr. Winco I understand new owners new rules there's no need to run out of popcorn I'll send you some after I go to kroger the local grocery store where I purchase from the many brands on the shelf and surprise you. Thank You for the time to explain, I can almost take my bandaid off from my whooping yesterday. Have a great day, sighing out till next time we have an issue. Your welcome Mr. Al to delete this post now I understand your rules as seen above. jeff@mf
  4. Looks like bear advertises as it just flew by my screen, few days ago it said he didn't confused.
  5. How and what's the phone number for this (1) SPAMMING to be received for giving free anything? I did nothing to spam anyone, I did this same thing many years ago before 1/2 of your young fellow TU members were even here or possible born yet. Most customers that started with Robert, my boss are dead! I have read more about the word toxic, smell and endless bashing of companies and receive calls about it to reverse spam TU but leave it alone except a few times with Bait Junky nagging on endless arguments that advertises randomly as well as lure craft and polysol asking how can I make it better for you, is this Ok or tell me how to make my plastic, can you buy 5 lbs then I can supply it? Please Please..............so on. This was to give your fellow TU forum followers to comment either way good or bad and I'll take it and leave it that, it easily could've been done by a hidden name such as gonetolong or weepingwussty... I would like you to explain how and why X brand can y brand can z brand can but not M-F brand in a post, like giving free baits for a tournament is how my eyes see it. I've seen Bears Baits get hammered deleted, added back and deleted again. Either brand xyz didn't like it but did not contact me even after I said it's OK to delete but I kinda expected to get a message or point to the correct spot to add this free material or free finished worms. I have asked prices to advertise without response. Anyway the lucky 7 got through before it was deleted by Mr. AL That's all just standing up for myself and my real name! edit the word by, prob. missed a few more 1 Spamming Warning issued by Curt - RI 18 hours ago Penalty Given 1 points which will never expire. 6. It also depends on how large the bait is I think a large swim for example M-F will float somewhat of a hook, may not be what you want or if it has lead for sure won't float. I will do a check tomorrow on a chunk of plastic and see. Now for sinking we have a new material that sinks like crazy, takes heat really well and does not exude very durable with very high pull tear strength while still soft to the touch, pretty amazing like Dave said what one can achieve when a goal is set. Almost the stretch material but pourable. Next is to stop the floating to be wet after stored just around the corner jeff@mf
  7. I can tell you that mixing plastics may be OK creating new formulas so to speak but a long time customer was adding other brand stabilizers (mixing stabilizers) and glitter melted after 1 month in poured cured baits. He stopped and the problem went away, so mixing plastisols could have short or long time effects and not noticeable for the regular in house bait maker.
  8. Makes sense since acetone is used around here for cleaning plastisols, colors and rtv masters, wipe it off and then dries right after. Another way to clean dirty molds like rtv is to pour hot plastic over it and pull off, brings all the dirt along with it.
  9. I have mek and acetone both very flammable mek being worse I believe and can get samples of pretty much anything for testing, it's not been a priority for me since I do not sell finished baits for a living. We have been able to formulate a dry plastisol that most dry sinks this will also help adhering and testing vinyl glue, color and ? to achieve it to be thinned out enough not to clog your sprayers. Holidays are here so I can work on more after new year, first is to find a cheap brush on version and go from there. I have no intention to supplying only to help find cheaper sources. There won't be any major suppliers chiming in for you because of the success of the material and painting skills, your on the right track it seems. Edit from above I was on phone at same time and just now re-read the post.. Up above should of said vinyl floor adhesive, not sure it comes in clear or what I never laid vinyl floor. I have done formica in my back yard many years ago and can't recall what color it was probably brownish. Hardwood floor glue is what got me thinking of this.
  10. I'm not 100% sure but I heard through the grapevine to use vinyl paint adhesive and add either the powder color to it or concentrate dyes directly to it. I believe this has been a trade secret for many years and would like to know more about this myself. This has been something I want to try for a while but kinda dropped off my list of to do's while overcoming chronic foot issues. Now that i'm up and going 75% + improvement from 3 years this crap all i can think of fishing and hunting, well that and business and the wife..of subject
  11. Thank You, I need this ASAP and do not own one and I have never talked to him. Thanks again
  12. FATFLATTIE, I don't see any contact info how are they on turn around on this mold?jeff@mf
  13. Anyone interested liquid floating additive? Pints only... Thanks Jeff@mf
  14. I Still have the can marked liquid micro bubbles I never tried, I think it was back when our building caved in and didn't get to it. I think I will add xx gallons of liquid in a 5 gallon bucket and top it off with floating additive, in my head it will be approx like pouring our hardener not the paste hardener. More like honey at the worst thickness and hardener at the best. Not sure what to really price it at except material and time. Anyone really need this done? I'm not guaranteeing other than I can make it happen the rest will be trial and error... jeff@mf
