  1. When you make a jig and wire tie it, how do you add a rattle? I've seen a few different idea's, but none I particularity like, and looking for a better way. Is there a good looking way to wire them on, without looking tacky and taking away from the jig?
  2. Super old post, but I'm also looking for this jig or info the molds/hook to build a similar jig
  3. How much would it cost for someone here that knows what their doing to make a silicone mold for me. I have the head, just need the mold made.
  4. I'm going to try the teflon pins with it, and try clear coating the jig for extra hold on the weedguard, now I just need to order more hooks to pour more
  5. I'll give all these a shot guys Thanks! The Loctite I was using was brand new (within a month of being bought). The weedguards go in and are able to be glued up, and look good, but it you fiddle with it (ie trying to fan the weedguard) it'll just fall out.
  6. I've search the forum and can't find a answer to this. I've been pouring some Brush jigs, and the pours come out great. After I get them powder painted and cured, I glue in the weedguards and this is where my issue starts. I'd estimate at least 1/2 of the jigs I pour with this mold have the same issue and that's the weedguard doesn't have a lot of room to go into the lead. Even after glueing the weedguards in with Loctite Gel, it's not truly secure, and if you mess with the weedguard it'll just fall out. Seems like the weedguard hole isn't deep enough????? I've tried drilling it out (1/8 bit) and I've drilled it all the way to the hook, but it's still very shallow. What can I do to get a weedguard secure in this head? I don't want to pour the jighead with the weedguard as I want to cure the powder paint, and it's a huge paint to try and bake a head with a weedguard in it already, and it never seems to look as good as doing the curing and weedguard seperate. I've been pouring for years with multiple molds and have never had this issue before.
  7. Cadman, can I get plans also. Thanks! mrpokey00@yahoo.com
