Sounds like you have water in air line. I would try getting an in line dryer. Also between colors make sure you spray cleaner, water etc out so that the air is dry before moving on to next color. I use createx and the only color I have had issues with is transparent orange. Good luck!

Went out and bought some ACC! I guess I have mixed it wrong and the ACC is not hardening. Is there anything I can do to salvage this bait and paint job?

Maybe start with a transparent after sanding and wiping down with DA.
