Stupid

I'm new to this site. And I'm tired of paying top dollar for spoons that paint comes off after one season (No Names). And decided to start doing my own painting after some research this year. I've started useing powder coat paint but not happy with some of the finished items. Over spray and want finer lines. (airbrush extreme) I'm interested in the water powder paint. Never airbrushed before....... there go the name stupid. Is there a ratio you can use for 1/2 oz color cup for the viscosity of thin createx ? And with the powder coat paint you have to preheat the spoon prior to painting. Do you still have to pre heat the spoon with the water powder paint?
