The alumadust isn't an actual colourant, its a powdered pearl or hilite. The liquid colourant is what you are looking for.

UV plastisol is just a regular plastisol with this stuff added.

The only way I have seen to reduce the minimum with these companies is to buy their "private label" baits (1000 - 2000 pieces per colour). as soon as you want them to shoot YOUR mold then you are stuck with a complete run (I've seen minimums between 5000 - 10,000 pieces per colour).

Problem is Zoom has a utility patent on their chunks so you usually won't see copy's of theirs and they can be quite vigilant in protecting their patents/trademarks. Theirs are injected but they use machines and large molds.

They do have it exclusively I believe, They make the baits for Strike King. It's not a 2 part material, as McLuvin posted it is a Thermoplastic Rubber of sorts meaning it is heat activated in a similar fashion as PVC Plastisol just need to be worked differently.

No blue, the purple colour will take care of that for you and make it look like that

I read drill motor, not trolling motor LMAO. I've learned the hard way and now look at it like this, I could cheap out and get something that can't quite handle the task at hand, and spend more in the long run, or I can just get the right tool to do the job the first time around.

Electric drill motor will burn out fairly quick, ask me how I know............. My agitator uses a 1hp 1750rpm motor. Mixes a drum without breaking a sweat.

Real simple, there is a clamp around the lid that tightens with a simple bolt. Take the bolt off, open and remove the clamp and bingo, the lid comes off.

Exactly!!! bribass, this is a drum agitator. I like that I can head out an hour before I start a shift and turn it on, when I get out to work it's mixed and ready.

A drum agitator is exactly how you would mix a drum LOL. I used the mixer and drill for a couple years, then I bit the bullet and had a drum agitator made, SOOOOOOOO much better.

It's a bad thermocouple that caused it. Had it happen a few times, I now keep several spares on hand incase this happens again.

It all depends on where you are and how you fish your tubes. If you're flipping them primarily you can get away with a softer tube. Up here on the great lakes we tend to drag them a lot for smallies, you will want a tougher more durable tube. I use a Med/Hard plastic with a LOT of salt in it, same type of salt you can get at BaitJunkys, VERY fine and despite what some will tell you won't completely blow out your colours or make them less durable (actually have found over the years that the very fine salt helps with durability). If you are cutting the tails at all the salt in the plastic will help in that process.
