They most definitely are, the company behind this is a very large company supplying a lot of manufacturers. If i can recall correctly I believe it was between 15k and 20k. -

What Are Slide Or Blocker Bars For Doing Multi Color Baits?

Slide bars are most commonly used in the production side for blocking off the tail section of the bait to create a fire tail. The slide bar closes to block off the tail, shoot the body, the bar opens and shoots the tail a different colour. It is not used for shooting laminates. -
Bingo!!!! Salt is cheaper than glass beads also. I don't see hardly any of the issues those that use glass beads complain about.

Dragging or working really soft tubes over rocks, gravel, shell beds and mussels tear the crap out of them. Making them out of a stiffer compound helps them last longer, leaving you with more time to fish them. Big smallies will absolutely destroy a very soft tube.

Not all. The stabilizer I currently have is not Butyl Stearate. Most Worm oil is DINP, most Softeners are DINP with a few other chemicals added to keep the everything in the right proportions when you add it. Hardener will be the PVC resins.

How Are People Making Plastics With 5+ Colors In Them?

I only see 3 colours and it looks almost exactly like some of Paul Krews work, look him up on FaceBook, all hand poured. -
If youre seeing the DoIt ones for 20-30 its because they are the essential series molds that are sand cast, not CNC.

you may be able to do the same with the SB Coat paint from LureWorks (spike-it). Get a can of the Chartreuse and thin it a little with their thinner and dip the tails in, it will not bleed, and if you thin it enough you may be able to dip it.

Just the nature of how that dip works, yes it will bleed.

If the gate on the mold is designed properly, or in this case opened up, it will not freeze off before the bait does, allowing enough plastic to be pulled in to the cavity as it cools and shrinks. when that gate is too small as in this case, it will cool and solidify not allowing the bait to draw in the plastic it needs. This has been shown by a few that have slightly opened the gates of this particular mold and completely eliminated this issue.

If the mold was designed properly you wouldn't have to hold pressure, it still comes down to an improperly sized gate.

doubtful, as stated, your denting problem is either the runner is too small (which would cause a couple other issues) or most likely the gates are too small and not allowing sufficient material into the cavity as it cools and shrinks. Plastic expands when you heat it, as it cools it contracts, the gate needs to allow enough material to pass into the cavity as it contracts to avoid dents. A gate that is too small will solidify before the cavity cools blocking the flow of plastic from the runner and will cause dents.

4 gallons total safely (2 per side). I am waiting for Rupert to send my second set at this very moment. Will be very nice to be able to change colours in 15min when shooting laminates.

Without any way of cooling the molds you would need quite the number of cavities to handle any kind of production as well.
