  1. what did they quote you on quantity, last i spoke with them they wanted 30,000 bags per size, and i talked them down to 15,000. I went direct to a factory instead of dealing with a reseller (clearbags, johnson bag etc)
  2. you are best to have larger cavity hand injection molds designed and cut (aluminum). with the proper set up and enough cavities you can more than produce those quantities within a few days.
  3. there is no reason you should need it
  4. That is a myth, even if you copy it once for yourself you can in fact be taken to court.
  5. the rule of thumb for casting your own molds is - Soft master, hard mold / Hard master, soft mold. if you are using a baked clay master you are far better off using RTV silicone for your mold.
  6. they would need to file a patent in the country that the copies are being produced prior to them being copied.
  7. If the bait that is copied is patented, then just the act of copying them is grounds for suit, does not make a difference if you are selling them or giving them away.
  8. it's DoIt's problem now, so they are the ones looking into it all.
  9. i just posted what i did to let you guys know that it is out there, but see now that i shouldnt have as i have been asked not to broadcast it by a very good friend that gave me the contact.
  10. if the US companies are going to china to make the bags, why not bypass them and save some money, 10,000 6x4 cost me $930 plus shipping (3 plates included)
  11. My last quote from them was 15,000 bags at their listed price and $250/plate (1plate per colour) - Inpact wanted 60,000 bags and $200/plate when i called them as well.
