  1. try spike-it , but give them a call first I've made a couple of orders thru them . On the first order - they emailed and called me to tell me that it wasn't hazzardous so they were able to send it thru post cheap , and they even rufunded some of the shipping i paid at checkout . on the second order I thought they might do the same but they didn't and they shipped ups , which is a killer for brokerage . I think that a quick chat will get it sent thru post and save you a lot of money . Their stuff seems pretty good , and the service is great
  2. i highly doubt anyone took offence to your reply well , maybe one lol , oboma
  3. sticks are straight cavity so unless a guy is wanting to do laminates then they are easy to use unless they are simply trash molds , incosistancy ? Not with what I've been using ! Out dated ? I've just packaged up an order of 5" stick molds for a baitshop back east who bought a bunch of the same last year , on average I sell over 50 5" stick pour molds per month alone , so they are still being well used . It was my impression that this forum was for both hobby and professionals who share a similar core passion ,
  4. I make both injection and hand pour molds and when I need stick baits I pretty much always use my hand pours .I just find them easy to work with . Bubbles are never a problem because I've always made a point of leaving enough reservoir to not have to top off .
  5. I'm not sure how well the alumisol works but I stumbled across this a few weeks ago , you can order it from TO http://plasticworld.ca/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=157 Do-it(caney creek) will send it ups , you'll end up spending more for the shipping cost than what the plastic is worth , I'll never buy from that company again , wasn't happy with the service nor did I like how the plastic yellows . I make and test molds so a plastic that can withstand the torture that I can put it thru is a necessity Lurecraft is good , shipping was still expensive thru post but anything that can cut out ups's greed is a good thing . Bait Junkies has great people to talk and deal with and I think that you'd probably get the best bang for your buck
