  1. Well their jig molds are back. Going to buy that pill head mold before it's gone again lol.
  2. I used pourasol a few years back... I see it still the same. All those bubbles on top like that is ok , if it's a beer. Hate it in plastic. Plus it wins the worst smell of all the plastics I have tried award.
  3. The one your using is a p95 filter. You need a n95 or better filter.
  4. MF is real good, never tried calhouns.
  5. On their website all the jig molds have been removed. Anybody know why?
  6. I was thinking about picking this mold up. What I like about this jig. It looks like you could be use any hook you wanted. At Barlows It just shows Worm Hooks. Seems you could use J-hooks, circle hook. Saltwater whatever. Does anyone have this mold and tried other hooks?
  7. That's a great idea. I used to stand them up like that. If I hung them by the hook , I would get a lot of coneheads. I finally realize I getting too much paint on the heads. If you get the jig too hot it will pick up more paint then needed.
  8. I use pearl white powder, white colorant and sliver Holographic flake.
  9. Yep, getting the jig head too hot. So there is too much paint. If you hang it by the hook in the oven you get cone head jigs.
  10. Monkey milk not money milk. lol Found a few days later it's Pearl white with a drop of white and med. black flake. Then you add a hi-lite like red or whatever.
  11. I use an old set of Acetylene tip cleaners. I cut each one off of the holder. Heat the jig and dip it. If it gets paint in the eye. I run the tip cleaner through one side of eye and out the other. While it's still hot. If it cools heat the jig back up. If you get paint in the eye after curing. Heat the jig and run a sewing needle through the eye.
  12. Ok how do you make Monkey milk? If you don't know it is a color lol
  13. I have used Mod podge on all my pop and DWP molds and also seal my masters with it. Works great, will pick up paint brush lines.
  14. Thank you guys! Won't waste money on them.
  15. I see these on Barlow's. Look to be about the same cost as ec570's. Anybody used these or tried them?

  17. Use the JB weld putty. Be careful not to get that black stuff all over your hands. Use some cardboard, cut it until it fits inside the cup. Use it as a template to cut the metal. Put the putty on both sides of the edge of the metal and press in place. Good luck.
