  1. I've used KBS and stuck with it because I've had such good luck,I use devcon on my jigs but I always wonder if there is something better out there.
  2. I have his drop shot mold and I love it
  3. Thanks guys! I'll be giving it a try soon!
  4. I'm pretty new to pouring but it's become addicting. One color that puzzles me is my favorite and most productive, breen. Can anyone help me with a recipe that's close to it or dead on?
  5. whats the best way to pour spinnerbaits and buzzbaits? It's difficult with a 4" clearance on my pot with a half inch spout sticking below....ladle fed possibly? also whats the easiest way to powdercoat them without a mess....I just got a small chicago powder paint gun I'd like to try.
  6. Thanks for the info guys! I shot about 12 ounces yesterday, Had a blast. Also found matching orings at my shop as well and snagged a few. They're high heat tolerance stiff orings as well as medium stiffs for the oilfield. Made to resist temps over 500 degree easily without losing form and made for high pressures in upwards of 60,000lbs. Interested to see how well they work in this application.
  7. I bought my bass tackle last night! Can't wait to get it!
  8. Alright I'm new to the game, tried my first dab at it today and wasn't happy with the nozzle popping off my injector because it sent hot plastic all over. Is there a locking nozzle injector out there that anyone thinks is the best? And that I can possibly easily use to make laminate colors?
  9. Hey guys, I'm new to the whole world of pouring. I've been pouring my own lead, wire baits, bladebaits, and making and painting my own cranks for years now. I found it time to get into pouring but I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions or favorite brands on what plastic to use and which one exactly to get. I've picked up about a dozen molds to start off with. I want something fairly soft and I like baits that float. I use a lot of roboworm,GYCB,strike king, missle baits, and a few customs. I want to stay away from harder plastics like used in RI baits and Zoom. If I can avoid needing to add softener and I can just buy I soft plastic so I can just pour and take another variable out if like that. Any info would be much appreciated guys! Thank you.
