    Check with smooth on, If you are using oomoo there has to be something to keep them from bonding. They have a excellent technical support if you call them.

    I was not trying to give you a hard time about shipping, Just pointing out there is no more 5.00 box, and the usps postal calculator don't fit things, were we think they should fit. And not everything can be shipped usps either.

    Who has 5.00 postal boxes? Small flats 6.80 and you would be hard pressed to fit more than 4 bottles in it.

    Did you degass the alumalite prior to, If there is a bunch of air bubbles under the surface maybe they are expanding with the heat from the plastic.

    when they have full droop after getting some sun, and throw off the hook. i call that a limp noodle.

    depends, i shoot all my sticks in medium, i want bounce in the bait, not a limp noodle like the yamy. personal preference i guess.

    Take the temp with another device, If it is gel, it is not getting to 350..

    Is the reading in F or C? I guess if it was 350C you surely wouldn't have lumps, so disregard.

    Sure it is half the price, there is no containers, no labor, no markup this way. Always less to buy the drum. No packaging in boxes to ship etc. Leonard

    Really, Heck they have been cheaper then going china direct. what count are you quoting, most is 10k minimum. Look up Lydia Chen on Facebook.

    if you are that hot already, carve a deep vent in there and break the tangs off after. could also loosen up on the clamps a bit.

    At 18 psi he is way out doing what a hand injector will do, Get the plastic hotter, There is guys running thin appendages with a 60 degree mold temp chilled doing more than that.

    I have one running in my shop now, They have made millions of baits, they were built to produce, not to look good. That being said the rebuild is definitely dressing them up. Leonard
