  1. Adding hardener needs to be dealt with the exact same way hard pack is, Mix the heck out of it. It will blend in. Your dealing with the strongest raw product available, If you want it to be easier, just thin it down like the others do, Im assuming they are cutting it with plasticizer, Kind of defeats the purpose but... and you still will have 10x the product for the same money.
  2. Sorry I totally missed this, I use Suspendasol from Spike it, Aka lureworks.. Its not super great in the nuker, I wish they would put out a new microwave version of it tho. I had suggested to some guys mix it 50/50 with std plastisol and said it worked great
  3. Lets call it bait molds knockoff, Not Keitech, Baitmolds don't make molds for keitech,
  4. Im with frank, Check for a burr from a drop or something, Aluminum dont warp on the shelf.
  5. That said. a 4 ounce jar sold on volume should be full tho. Or close to it, Those jars are larger then stated for obvious reasons tho.
  6. Ground salt sucks IMO. Get some good plastic that has a natural higher viscosity and it will suspend just fine.
  7. A chinese Pie machine, Interesting.... Nothing like a zorn machine, except the advertised price.
  8. I would dial their number. The shipping bots are generally extremely inaccurate when shipping out of the country.
  9. I was shipping 6 gallons direct to canada for 50.00, aka Ontario... I would check with Lureworks, as they ship worldwide. I bet they can get you taken care of.
  10. That's amazing, As there soft was like medium. I know they have worked on a few things recently, But i don't think any of it has came to market yet. If you really like the dead on plastic, Try out chemionics. I have samples of both. If i was a betting man, its from the same batch..
  11. Ya what Mcluvin175 said, he drops his Mcchicken all the time and it leaves a oily spot...
  12. I think you will find, denting is a combo of gates and venting in hand molds. I have took my exact senco mold, and eliminated half of the venting and it dented to beat hell. I think this is the issue you will find with this mold is the venting is insufficient. Now we can argue about venting all day, But don't expect me to argue back, As I know what works for us..
  13. That is a never ending issue with that particular mold.
  14. Keep several things in mind. First i would not build anything smaller then 1.5 pound capacity. Second, the bigger the tubes, passages etc, the longer it will take to heat, and your plastic will just core right thru the center and reduce your capacity dramatically. Anything with square corners is gonna catch glitter etc. Yes I mean don't use any carrier, sandwich the tubes in some aluminum, and heat the aluminum block. Thats about all i am willing to share.
  15. How big of molds are you shooting? Your design will yield for very little capacity.
  16. If you want to use a bent tube like so, sandwich in between the plates. Heat the plates not the tube.
  17. No plastisol on the market that will float a head.
  18. Exactly, Its easy to have a bunch of equipment and pay employees when your busy, But when your slow you either eat it or cut back, When you cut back people dont stick around. Then you find yourself with no help and a lot of work you can not get done.
  19. Be sure you check your spam folder. Your looking for a email from Robert Jones. He told me he has been replying to all emails. And most likely its in your spam folder.
  20. Most mold makers face first not last, And the holes look round which they should as they are clearly drilled out post, hence the chatter marks at the bottom.
  21. Im sure he will as well, but in theory you have 4, 1" top ports, or you have one 4" side port. you really don't save any material. I think side port shoots much nicer laminates myself. as it works more from pressure not gravity.
  22. Air is pushing in because it cant properly vent out, but rather vent into the other cavity, not a issue as much hand pouring as designed to do.
  23. well top port stick is designed to be hand poured. Probably why it has a big port. If injecting IMO top port is the worst thing a guy could use.
  24. FTR, Several colors will change when they cool.
