    What does everyones pumpkinseed look like? I always thought pumpkinseed was like a sandish color, but the pumpkinseed I got from Lurecraft is almost like a oxblood, like a orangish red. I did notice it says new formulation to add small amounts before making a big batch. Maybe that's why im having a hard time getting the right green pumpkin color.

    I always hear people say make sure you don't over heat the plastic, what happens if you over heat the plastic? does it change the color or get too hard?

    does bait junkys have gallon size in the soft? I looked on their site and only seeing 6 gallon and sample bottles. Also when yall are saying the MF are yall getting that from bass tackle? Does bass tackle only have the MF?

    I hear that molds that are not made from metal does not leave a shiney finish is this true? Ive been kind of thinking of making my own bait like this with clay. You are great with your hands, awesome work man. How much does it cost in materials to make a injection mold?

    Just wondering what plastisol everyone uses? Im kind of new to making plastics and have tried the Bass tackle MF, and the essential medium from doit. Im almost out of it and need to order another gallon. The only thing I don't like about the essential is it is not as soft as I want it and it don't float very well. I want something soft and floats good. I know the essential can be heated pretty high but just want to see whats out there before I spend around 50 bucks on another gallon.

    Hey Monte thanks for your information but im kinda cornfused. To match yammys sencos you say 1/2 cup salt 2 tbs softner to 1 cup plastic. but what is 4 heaping tbs salt per 8 oz + 1 tbs softner? the first one is half salt half plastic

    Wondering if anyone has a close recipe for Zooms GP magic. I know it has gold glitter but there is some other kind of glitter im not sure about. Thanks

    They aren't like real sticky, I really don't think nothing is wrong with them other than just some oil or scent.

    I check the temp every time with my temp gun and its usually between 340 to 360. Ill try putting some scent in the bags, I know store bought baits always have kind of a oily film on them, thanks

    Was wondering what everyone uses when putting new soft plastic baits in bags if you use worm oil. in the bag, I just recently started adding scent into hot plastic when injecting but ive noticed the baits are really sticky when putting them into the bags, Should I add a few drops of scent or would that be a bit too much scent. I do let them set over night before bagging them. Thanks

    I cheated a lil bit and put a chartreuse crappie jig in the tails lol, my dads idea

    Maybe use a little bit of salt so it has the taste but not enough to sink

    One thing I have noticed with the Essential plastic is it bubbles really easy, I didn't have that problem with the MF plastic from bass tackle. It does say on the container that stirring before it gets to 350 degrees will cause bubbles.

    O wow, well im glad I didn't use vegatble oil and ruin a bunch of my baits, thanks for yalls help. I Did order some Anise and coffee scent from LC. Ive always liked using coffee scent over the years, Ive never used anise but ive read a lot of good things about it. I cant wait to get my shipment in. I guess I don't care for the craw scents and shad scent because it stinks so bad I cant stand to get that on my hands while fishing.

    What do you use to grind your salt up with? Is that like a coffee grinder

    That's true, If that is the same sand I can get some of that from work. Its real fine glass beads almost like a powder its so fine

    are you worried about the glass hurting the bass if he does eat it? or would it just digest I wonder.
