  1. My personal opinion ? Yes. You have a lot going on at once. I have a baitjunkys with the handle setup. Worth every penny imho
  2. Same here the action in the blasting media is a little better imho
  3. Sorry I don't want you or your family hurt. Damn speech to text lol
  4. Plastic fumes are something you don't want to mess around with long term exposure is not good for you. I don't think what your looking at is going to do you any good for the plastic. I pour plastic and lead with mine and the worst problem with my set up is it pulls the air out of my shop which leads me to my point of you going to need make up air for what you're pulling out of the room . I'm not trying to rain on your parade I just want to see you or your family hurt
  5. Just my 2 ct but what I did was got a gable vent from lowes made a sheet metal cover for the back and then hooked a 12 duct up to the back of it and vented it outside the other side is hooked up to an old range hood . I make a lot of plastic this is what works for me.
  6. Haven't used Bass Pro Shops version in a long time but I know it's a smoke color with blues and reds and greens and a couple other colors in it
  7. I would say soft to med is the same
  8. I use bait junkies plastic for it it is10 percent to make med to hard
  9. Bait junkys has a good watermelon
  10. Hi life's add a second color to the skin off the plastic if you cut the bait in half you will find the hi lite only on skin .If you hold the bait in your hand and move it around depending on. How much you put in the plastic it will change the color of the plastic but if you hold it up in the light you will see the base color. Now how much to put in? Well that's really up to you in 4 oz I would start with a match head size and shoot a bait and see if you like it
  11. I have the 4inch it is pretty close to a 4 inch senko . Same length just s little smaller in diameter other than that it's a great mold
  12. I use glass beads and a little salt to muddy/opaque the color like a senko straight glass beads will give you a transparent color can you post a link to the color?
  13. I use bait junkys plastic it works great . I don't have a bad thing to say about it
  14. I have the bait junkys fat Albert it's about the same length as a gycb 4 inch grub the body is a little longer and thinner but catches as well! I have the bait junkys fat Albert it's about the same length as a gycb 4 inch grub the body is a little longer and thinner but catches as well!
  15. Don't know I got my presto from Walmart
  16. When I shot small batches I load my injecters like you. It's easier for me. But when I break out my presto I'm making a BIG batch you can leave your injecter in the pot the heat will keep it hot just make sure you purge the injecter after each round. That being said as far as stiring units bait junkys sells them as well as a few others but I have not purchased one yet I stir by hand a lot it's a pia but you do what works
  17. You could use a presto pot and install a spout at the bottom of it and they are inexpensive
  18. Montess did point out though that It scratches the bore of the injecter and it did mine too but it'd still use them
  19. Really flexible and better than salt Really flexible and better than salt
  20. i like mine it's improved my deep water structure fish x12 and yes the fish are hard to see in the down/structure scan. But once you know what your looking for its not so bad once you get use to it
  21. Can't remember where I got the idea I have seen several discussions on it and people mention that Gary Yamamoto had silica in it and I got tired of shelling out the money for hd so I dove head first and love it and don't think I will go back but I can tell you this whoever came up with the idea I would like to shake their hand! :-)
  22. Thanks monte , as far as durability goes two words FREAKEN AWESOME ! I'll save the salt for taste in the plastic
