My first attempt at a sexy shad pattern. -
I understand, I tend to look at pictures of lures that I made in the past and I can see a pattern of a style that I like to paint. One day I hope to be a great lure maker. Thanks for the comment. -
Thanks, I am the worse when it comes to knowing what style I want to paint. I just pick a color and see where it takes me. I want to be a great painter so bad I can't stand it. I will just have to be patient. Thanks for the comment. -

Thanks, it is made out of red cedar, it dives around ten feet. The faster you crank the deeper it dives. It has crazy action when you reel it around medium speed. I am new at making crank baits but this design worked awesome. -
Thanks, I can get motivated sometimes. But not very often.lol. I was the same way when I first started. I wanted everything to be perfect but that don't always happen. Like now I have made a lot of lures in the last year and a half and I still mess up all the time. The true joy of creating a lure is awesome and I hope you have the same feeling.
