Blending block is alot faster to make laminates. There is alittle learning curve to master but you can make a bunch of laminates quick.The lam. plate works good also but you have to inject same bait 2 times so time adds up real fast. If your just making a few baits at a time then i would stick to the lam. plate unless you want to try something different,

Some one here mentioned on here that m-f manufactoring has a chart. powder that looks very close to yamamotos chart. Might be worth trying ?

(salt vs. hda) Doubt it. maybe try lower temps? hold pressure an make sure u top off molds. Sounds like you have an older mold from when bob was there and a newer model that kevin made. I don't personally have experiebce with newer model but i have 9 older ones anywhere from 3" to 5" and they all shoot good. Some one that used to work there told me that bt stick molds have to small of a gate . But i never had a problem.maybe open it up some?

Have several of bt stick molds in 3 " , 4" an 5" sizes and all of them shoot well .

These must be used when ur in boat. Get right above your lure,jig,crank etc. make sure your line is tight and slide Paper clip onto your line ,This slides down line and bumps lure off. They saved my friends and me alot of money over the years .

I use tweezers to take 3d eyes of of the paper .

It's all in personal preference sand cast molds make a different looking bait( not as shiny and not fine tuned) they make good baits though you get what u pay for aluminum milled molds are very fine detailed I think all mold makers should put MADE IN USA at least on info page!!!! Gr8 idea to put it on mold!!!!!! Most importantly what ever your wallet will allow you to buy They all will catch fish if you make & fish them correctly

I love the do-it brush jig mold. Makes a awesome 1/4oz jig with 3/0 hook Get the stiffer weedguards and it hardly ever gets hung up Good luck

Alot of people have had trouble with del. Including myself. I would advise buying from another company. It all depends what you want in an injector. There are sum that are thick walled and sum thin. sum with locking nozzle and sum without.
