Problem solved! Plastic was to hot. Picked up a new thermometer and I guess my old one was way off. I will treat this one a lot nicer. Thanks for everybody's help

I guess dents really don't matter anyways. It's not like they fall any different with a dent. Just how they look to people, I'm sure it doesn't matter to fish

Thanks Wally I'll try that. I may just need to give the molds a break to cool down. But when you are rolling you don't want to stop.

I think it's from the plastic/mold getting to hot. So if I'm right does anybody have a suggestion on how to keep the molds cool? I'm guessing buy more molds?

Nice job on the video! I used to pour without a mask when I first started but quickly learned safety is a must. I picked up a mask/respirator combo and built a ventilation system. Happy, healthy and can get more done in the shop now.
