I am having problems coating my muskie lures. The movement is a violent side to side rolling motion. They began to get tacky in the sun. I use three coats of invirotec along with two clear coats. When I applied the clear the temperature dropped below 50 degrees.Could that be the problem or the chemicals interacting together? They cured for weeks. Any suggestions will help.

When I applied the clear the temperature dropped below 50 at night. They began to get tacky in the sun light weeks later. Could it be that or the two chemicals interacted with each other? Any info will help.
