  1. I also sent an email this sounds like a great idea. Good luck, I hope it works out for you.
  2. Just thought ide share what I found out. I sent High Rock a message. They got back to me saying that they do not sell hand injection molds anymore only larger production molds. That they have lots of changes going on and haven't had time to update the website. Also that their name is changing to Bait Mavericks.
  3. No the seal-coat is plastisol compatible plastic doesn't effect it.
  4. Just to let you know UV isn't really for low light conditions it brings out the UV light from the sun. More like glow for day light. If you have no UV light coming in the UV blast won't do anything. You need some sort of glow in the dark pigment that captures light for low light conditions.
  5. Some of the glitter will work but much off it will bleed. I've tried a lot and most of it works great it's just not always easy to find the sizes you want. As far as the clothes dye it works but I'm thinking it will bleed also. Powder paint works and many pearl pigments work. For the best control of colors I would just order some plastic colorant from one of the suppliers. I like Do-it X2 colorant a lot and I know many use m-f. Really you can experiment with anything as long as it's not water based you should be ok.
  6. Does anyone know what's up with high rock? I can't view any of there stuff on there website.
  7. Fatflattie is the swim ripper you have the thick tailed one or the thin. I really like the thin tailed and beleive it would work well on a jig at slow speeds but at $325 Ive been afraid to just buy it and find out.
  8. A little late but my vote is also for the griffin Montana mongoose. It holds great. I love the rotary feature of it. I've tied everything from 3/8 oz buck tail jigs with 3/0 hooks down to size 18 dry fly hooks with the mongoose and it works great for all.
  9. Thanks alot for helping cami!
  10. I like this idea just a couple questions if your willing to answer. Are you talking like a glue stick for paper and accually gluing the mylar in the body cavity of the mold? And by mold valve are you talking the cavity? Thanks your baits look great.
  11. Ive been doing great walleye fishing the rivers here in NE Iowa with Do-it's 3.5" swim shad!
