  1. Got the restorer in last week, soaked the brush on Saturday and its spraying like new. Appreciate all the help!!!
  2. Thanks again for the help. I just ordered some restorer and when it gets here I will try the method you suggested. There is probably just gunk built up in the brush.
  3. Thanks for the suggestions, ill get some airbrush restorer, but I will say that I clean my airbrush thoroughly after every use. Couldn't hurt to try some of that though. As for the top coat, I put that on there before dipping the baits in GST concrete sealer. Keeps the paint from cracking.
  4. What brush are you guys using to spray top coat? My revolution with the .03mm tip is having a hard time with it.
  5. I dont have much experience but IMO heat setting is a must. I just dont think you get the same results letting it air dry... How long would you let it dry before applying the other coat? I feel like air drying will allow moisture to be trapped under the top coat and cause bubbling issues, but I could be wrong.
  6. Ive been using the GST concrete sealer from menards with great results. I spray a coat of createx gloss top coat before I dip them and let them cure 24 hours in between each dip and dip 3-4 times. Then allow 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for curing. Takes a while but that stuff is really cheap and a gallon will last you quite some time.
  7. I just got started airbrushing and I'm using the Iwata Revolution BR. Got it for around $80 and it has impressed me so far
