Check ebay, shipping may be high tho, or LPO has these, https://www.lurepartsonline.com/Placon-Lure-Display-Containers?quantity=1&custcol11=123
  2. Try the wire baits forum, that's where the jigs hang out...
  3. Cordell "Th" spot, one on Ebay
  4. Cut it out of Lexan/polycarbonate, not too hard to do. I get scraps from a local plastics shop. Cut em whatever size you need...
  5. Neo has a .35 needle, so if you are trying to use craft paint or even unreduced quality airbrush paint you may still have clogging issues. Agree with others about sticking trigger and dirty nozzle. You just can't keep em too clean i've learned...
  6. Never caught anything on one of his hardbaits, softbaits is another story...
  7. My empty MM 30 bucket weighs 16.45 0z with about two tablespoons of residue in the bottom and the lid. Hope this helps.
  8. Looks like a textured powder paint to me, but I'm no expert. Try posting this in the wire baits forum for better luck...
  9. http://www.lurepartsonline.com/Online-Store/Plugs-Wood-Bodies/Wood-Muskie-Sticks.html Some available here...
  10. I make mostly resin baits but use the same process with wood. I use D2T 30 min and use a toothpick to get the epoxy down into the hole as well as coat the threads of the screw. I also made a eye screw bit for my drill driver so I can zip them in pretty quick and then a quick alignment, dab up the excess epoxy and on to the next one. I have used super glue before and it works, but have had some failures. It didn't work well for the hinge screws on some swimbaits I made, they kept loosening up and the bait wouldn't swim straight. Don't seem to have that issue as much with epoxy. For larger, heavier baits I want D2T. I can install 10-15 screws before a small batch of epoxy becomes unworkable. I used the 3 pc Harbor Freight nut driver tip kit to make the tools, one for .072 and one for .092.
  11. I have about 8 or 10 different types of materials and sized meshes for painting. I've always done better buying in person than online. I found them at all the places you mentioned, had the best luck at a large fabric store, just have to keep looking until you find what you want. I think LPO carries two standard sizes, I've found both at fabric stores for a quarter of the price. I have found very, very small mesh for a Roman made repaint at Walmart, they also had several other different sizes as well. I have found other materials that worked such as- mesh bags that garlic or oranges come in, bath luffa or i've even used the mesh bag my boat cover came in, it had real big holes. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but you just have to keep looking until you find that specific size. I have a large container of meshes to choose from now. Hope you find what you're looking for!
  12. They look black stainless to me, easy to shoot him a message...
  13. This is where I have found them, maybe contact him about a bulk buy. https://cedarrunoutdoors.com/oval-line-ties-2-25pk/
  14. I've used Folkart crackle medium brand from Hobby Lobby with good results.
  15. Wear it, cheap insurance...
  16. I use the green Gerson respirator ( #8311P) from Harbor Freight. Got a new one this month with the coupon for about 13$. I can't smell any KBS, Xylene, epoxy or body filler vapors when I wear it. I know there are much, much better and more appropriate ones out there, but for the price and the functionability and the amount I'll need it, it does the job.
  17. You might try posting this in the Wire Baits section, that's where all the jig guys hang out, I think you'll have better luck finding your answer there.
  18. The clear coat we're seeking only exists in mythology....
  19. Thanks, minus the fingerprint!!
  20. 8 inch Gizzard shad, foiled resin glide bait, 4.25 oz, with Owner ST-36' hooks and 2X ss split rings, plastisol tail swim vid:
  21. No worries, the search function has a mind of it's own. Here's some other threads pertaining to turners. Maybe there's some info in here that can help...
