Well a sand cast mold certainly isnt a replica due to the texture, and the machine mold is stamped do it. regardless if its licensed. But that is great if there cast in Iowa. I sure would be advertising that. I cant find anywere that says made in USA. So one can only assume.
I was under the assumption at 30.00, and they dont say made in USA they were being cast over seas. Do they say made in USA on them? Most American made products do out of pride. I may be wrong tho.
You got to buy bigger quantitys of materials. You should be able to make a stick bait for about .15-.20
At 30.00 a gallon the plastic cost you .085 at 350 count.
Whatever works for you guys, i have microwaved aluminum chips in plastic more than once. Wasnt a issue in my micro. I have used aluminum based automotive pearl powders as well.

You jumped in on me, have you got the mold hot and shot it. Them little bb holes are usually cold mold hot plastic.

The Fusion looks very good to me, I have played with it. The only scary thing is, if I devote a bunch of time into learning it, And they pull the plug on the price, and stick it to everyone. Being cloud based they always hold the keys to the castle.
