This is a slightly smaller version of what my Dad used to make. #5 Chartreuse French blade. Hand wrapped 2/0 treble hook with Chartreuse, yellow, and red bucktail hairs. Multi color tinsel flash. Wire is hand wrapped not using any clevises.
