  1. Are you checking the temperature of the plastic? When I have a problem with bubbles, I bring the plastic back up to 350 degrees, I stir slowly, then leave it sit for a minute and let the bubbles float up, and slowly stir again. I may have to reheat and repeat this a couple times before the bubbles come out. It's hard to get the bubbles out if the plastic is only around 300 or so degrees.
  2. This weekend was the first time I shot my molds in the cold weather. I did find that my first couple of baits dented a little. After my mold warmed, I didn't have a problem. I am fairly new at this myself, and I'm assuming that the plastic may have been cooling off a little to fast when injecting into a really cold mold.
  3. This is my first post to this forum. I have been reading and learned a lot from all of you guys over the last few months. I want to thank all of you for shortening my learning curve. I was wondering where most of you purchase your bags for packing your baits. Do any of you order bags with logos printed on them or do you just print and stick labels to the bags?
