  1. At Walmart look for the anchor glass 1 gallon bowl , I use it to make 8” tubes . I dip those vertically, downfall is you need to mix a gallon of the same color.
  2. Yes, these were made using the a.i molds.
  3. My replies have the Answer , The base coat one color and top coat seals the artwork . (the artwork is made with ink) These are hand dipped Rods used not injectable mlolds , but it can be done with mold. BTW Marker54's reply starts off with "lol" which is exactly what he was trying to do. I'm here to share my knowledge , if its asked for not to get hated on. I get enough of that on Social Media. Frank ---Tackleunderground.com allows you to create, exhibit & discuss techniques related to fishing tackle production and improving it's effective use .
  4. The blotches are different size flake, that jig has a base coat with one size glitter and the top coat with another size .
  5. You Don't need one, Dip half the tube first then place them back in the mold and inject a lighter color to give it the laminate look. The lighter colors seals both colors eliminating pealing layers. *Just a tip. JGZee1
  6. I can help if someone is still interested. I've been Dipping Since the 80'S
  7. Here are a few of my creations with those molds. The last one is a hand dip. Let me know if i can help. Jorge Jr
  8. These are Crappie jigs , 1.5" long I hand dip them. Ive been Dipping Minijigs In California SInce 1985. Here is another sample of my work. Mark , on the previous photo what you see inside the plastic is flake to give the bait a little flash.
  9. No injections at all , no burnt plastic, and definitely not luck. I make them by the thousands, can’t be luck everytime.
