I've been considering getting into making my own plastic baits, but want to keep it simple at first. If I melt my broken/torn genuine senkos down to pour, will it maintain the same color and consistency as the original? Or would I have to add anything to it? Thanks, Dave

Hello all! I am brand new to this board, it looks like a great place with a wealth of information and experience. I want to try my hand at making my own crankbaits. I've read a bit, and watched some YouTube videos, and have a question I haven't seen covered yet. I'm sure it won't be the last, either. What are the pros and cons of using Lexan and Circuit Board material for bills? And how thick should Lexan bills be in general? Thanks!!! Dave
