I find my junebug senkos come out to dark. I'm using the do it mold. I can shoot a senko and shoot a super hog same batch night and day.

I emailed April last night and replied this morning and forwarded it to del and he said it was lapping residue and said soap and water with a light scrub with a soft bristle brush will solve the issue

The bait on the left I shot in a mold I purchased a few months ago and the bait on the right is from a mold I bought a few weeks ago.

I've bought a mold from del a few months ago. Shoots perfect so I ordered 4 more a few weeks ago and I finally shot some tonight and they are coming out with a dust residue. Sorry if I'm thread jacking just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I currently use the do it essentials soft plastic for my senkos and brush hogs and they come out awesome. Flukes and swim baits I find they come out way to soft. What are yall using for flukes and swimbaits? Thanks

Maybe try the SEM XXX gun cleaner. Part # 77743. That might work for you. I use that on my sata jet 90 hvlp spray gun.

Is it best to heat up your mold's and injector's prior to injecting?

I use laq.thinner and a good gun cleaning kit. Can pick them up at your local auto paint stores.

6oz basstackle dbl injector, 10oz basstackle single injector and do it injector. my plastic dries up quick in the 10oz bt injector.

Mold's. I currently have 1 six cavity bt bomb mold, 5 - four cavity senko molds, 1 four cavity swimbait mold, 1 three cavity fluke mold, 1 two cavity super hog mold, 1 two cavity craw mold and 1 one cavity brush hog mold.

I'm looking for some tip's on how to turn out more product. I currently have microwave, plenty pyrex, colors, flakes, molds, two presto pots, a single injector and a bass tackle twin injector. Any tip would be helpful. Thanks
