Gelflex (145 grader C remelt/microwave ) took a master (the clear epoxy) and put it in silicone - cut it into 2 parts - and laid it down in a thin layer of silicone melt the Gelflex in microwave (300 out of 700 on the microwave setting) and poured it over mix epoxy and 50% talc and got a mold - man made a test shot note: Flexget you can remelt over and over silicone you can grind up and use as filling but I make several mistakes: 1.no time to make a good 2 part mold ( I just cut it into a 2 part) 2.forgot to heat up the silicone before I poured flexgel over it (hot vs cold) 3. vacuum the flexget to get a more clean details of the mold (just the inside) (flexgel melt together) 4.might go for the blue flexgel (its harder) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- right now I dont got time to work on gelflex and how to copy soft bait to a Injecting Soft Plastic Baits mold. ...but it works so in time I will work on it.

a mix of firm from https://lure-solutions.co.uk/ and http://lurefactors.co.uk/ soft lure-solutions got a acid smell like but it goes away after a few days lure factors got the plastic smel..but stays a long time (15-30 days) made a mix ...(the firm was realy firm) af the two and got the best 50/50 mix: nice smell and it goes away after 3-4 days firm ..but not to firm clear and doesn't yellow after many reheat.

Aluminium oxide powder are 50% of the mix (50g Aop /100g eopxy) pure epoxy can now be made since the mold is now thicker than the original.

Im starting to make some Cheburashka Lead Sinker molds and got the ide: freeze the soft clay down before i take it off..and yes it comes clean off. (the red ball mold was a mess so I stuck the clay back on and after a freeze comes clean off too.)

made 6 molds. 4 molds made out of 100G epoxy + 50g Aluminium oxide powder 2 mold made of just 130g epoxy the 2 molds of pure epoxy was just...bad but.. the 4 Aluminium oxide works great. I see if I get the time to test em more...and if it works I post how to in Homebrew Tools. (and yes it pull heat from the pour quick)

made a terst run of a stone mole..but too many ribs make it vulnerable but made a copi of the top and took 5 shots of plastisol..works ok
