You could get a vfd off amazon idk it’s voltage of motor but if it’s 110v or 220 v motor but they are less that 100$ you can program the vfd to run at different speeds slower or faster you can program how slow or fast to start like u can program to run desired speed if u want it slower and also set it to take .01 sec to start or up to like 60 seconds to start that way it doesn’t cook the belt and easier on the motor
