My Name is William C. Walsh Jr. I have been married 33 years with two adult daughters and one grandson. I am currently a Criminal Justice Instructor in Wisconsin. I recently retired after 27 years in public service. I am a former Marine (Infantry). I have a master’s degree in Administration of Leadership and Adult Ed, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Associates Degree in Biblical Studies. I have a love for fishing and looking for support and advice on launching my patent pending lure "the Harpoon" into industry. My lure has no actual hooks dangling from the body and provides a true wheedles experience when fish heavy obstructions and weedy environments. I am also looking for a lure manufacture.
