  1. Az im currently retired from manufacturing and not taking on any new customers. You might check on You Tube im sure you might find somebody that can make a blade jig head for you
  2. Slip the pin in eye first notch then cup the eyelet on top squeeze down and rotate down it will close the eye down blade wont slip out. I use stainless steal eyelets and the bass ain't going to bend those no matter how big they are. Ive built alot of blade baits in my time and I've never had one fail. Use round nose pliers you wont scuff the powder paints at all. Channel lock pliers you will if your not careful.
  3. I use round nose pliers to close the eyelet. I pour both 3/8oz and 1/2oz blade baits
  4. I started making these blade jig body's in 3/8 oz & 1/2 oz. several years ago. Best money I ever spent on a set of aluminum molds.
  5. I have a 1200 sqft shop with 4 separate rooms 1 room for pouring 1 room for powder coating and ovens for baking 1 room for tying my baits and 1 room for my office. I keep them at 70 degrees in the summer and 78/80 in winter it's all on solar. I have two older 1985/86 RCBS lead pouring pots 850 temp control I never have had any problem pouring. I had one rebuilt in 2018 and the other in 2021 both up grade temp controls but still are 850 temp.
  6. Give skirtsplus a try Eric or Maxx they may be able to help you they make custom color skirts to order. I have had several colors custom made by them. There customer service is great. I buy all my bulk silicone skirt material from them.
  7. Try looking at Shorty's Hooks they may have a hook that may fit your mold. Doesn't hurt to look.
  8. Looks like a 28 degree bend Don't say if there bronze or black nickel
  9. Did you try Shorty's hook sales they may be able to locate the hook your looking for.
  10. Munkin I've been building jigs and doing business since 1977 I introduced the puffball jig in 1985 & the Lions collar jigs in 1991 and I've sold thousands of jigs spinnerbaits buzzbaits and chatterbaits since then and yes you know nothing about me.
