day job still yes, 4 on 4 off ( 12hr shifts ) not sure how long I can keep this up though ?

I sell mostly wholesale to retail stores been using clearbags.com (just the plain bags) the more you buy the cheaper per bag. For stickers I use Sheetlabels.com for my front of bag stickers, again the more you buy the cheaper per sticker, one big problem is having different products, I have 5 different products so I basically have to place 5 individual orders to get all my product specific labels done correctly. You use their online tool to import your artwork/logo & create your label before ordering ( or you can make a basic one within the tool if you don't have artwork ) I usually order 32,000 of the most popular product & 8,000ish each of the other 4. you can get them in sheets or rolls. For Barcodes I edit them to fit into Avery templates & onto sticker sheets...( barcode goes on the back of bag ) The issue with what I'm currently doing is the amount of time it takes to place the stickers on the bag. I pay packagers to do it but have been considering custom bags to speed things up, the issue again is having so many individual SKU's, 5 products with 40 colors in 6 or 7 sizes makes for about 1,300 unique products....this is whats stopping me from custom bags, i would need 5 different bags, then still have to put SKU stickers on...what clearbags quoted me for custom bags wasn't worth making the partial switch. What I really need is my own skookum multicolor printer, then I could edit all the images to incorporate the sku into the front sticker & print whatever quantities needed. when time permits thats gotta happen.

15 gallons Yes, but shipping from here is out of the question, I have mixing this into another plastic at a ratio of about 1/10 400ml BP into a gallon of the other, doing it like this is the only way to avoid the hazy/smoky finish.

I tried the Bait Plastics 242 & 262 (Ultra Clear ) Same experience as creeklife, ruins everything reached out to them & they were aware of the issue, they said try with no heat stabilizer, I did, same thing happens Now they wont answer the phone & i have emailed them twice politely asking if they fixed the problem yet. No response

Bait plastics is Unusable , I pour transparent colors . I Tried their 242 & 262 ( Ultra Clear ) and it fogs up, develops a terrible Smokey haze as it cures. How in the world can they call it "Ultra Clear" ? its worse than the cheapest garbage. I Contacted them and they were aware of this issue, they asked me to try again & not use heat stabilizer so I did & the same crap developed.I wanted this stuff to work buts its crap, "Ultra Clear" ?? What ? So Disappointed...20 gallons of useless plastic sitting in my basement now.
