Tempogen

Hello! I would really like to identify this wobbler but I’m not having much luck, and I saw some pretty mind blowing thread on this forum so I hope someone could help. Regrettably I lost it which is why this is the best picture I have of it. It is truly strange, and I’d even like to see if anyone knows why it didn’t just wobble, it kind of took to the left and would really make some wild movements some times. Thank You
