My mixing skills still need some work. I thought I had mixed my Devcon 2Ton epoxy thouroughy but 2 days later there are some "sticky' areas when I run my hand lightly over the bait. Most of the bait is rock solid, just a few areas are sticky but still covered totally. Will this eventually harden?...
