I am having trouble with the dip and hang method for KBS. On crankbaits with a tail hook eye, a drip gathers and hardens around the tail eye. I use a drip wire but the wire gets caught in the drip too. I've even gone as far as using a dry brush to remove excess KBS from around the body and the tail to prevent gathering. Does anyone have any idea about how to fix this problem?

Does KBS Diomond Clear need to be stored in a mason jar to keep it from going bad or am I fine just putting the lid back on it?

Who out there sands before each additional coat of KBS. Is sanding necessary between coats?
