  1. This is what I exeprienced with one vendors plastic being heated in the microwave. Took about 10-12 minutes to get it to a usable state. It may work great for some people but this is my experience with it. I'm not hear to bash this plastisol but people talk about bubbles and I dont ever recall seeing actuall photos of the froth. I have experienced bubbles, foam and froth numerous times from numerous plastisol vendors so I am very familiar with them and how to work with them. I could go on and on but I just wanted to share these pictures of the various states of one cup of plastic without any additives.
