  1. Hi. I’m new to the site. Firstly I’d like to say that TU is awesome. Scrolling through old topics is really informative and is going to my teacher as I move forward with jig/lure making. I did my first lead pour last week. It went okay. Attempted the shake-it jig with screw-loc (Part Number 3449) with 604 hooks, and screw locks (Part Number 2017). I was wondering if anyone else had the issue of the screw-loc not lining up with the point of the hook. It seems like I have to bend the screw-loc after the pour to make a shaky head worm line up flush with hook. If I don’t bend the screw-loc down then it seems the worm has a bend in it. Anyone else having that issue? Also, I can’t get the bend screw-loc to wrap around the hook in the mold without bending it out and bending it back in. Does it need to wrap around the hook? Any advice there? Sorry if this is an existing thread out there. Thanks! -AP
