I don't normally buy unpainted cranks, but saw some at Tek Outdoors that I wanted to try. The baits were shipped in a timely fashion and the folks there proved to be very helpful. They sent an email with a tracking number that I inadvertently deleted a couple days later. The last time I checked the tracking before deleting the email showed the package was in Coppell, Tx. which is usually a next day delivery from there. After two days the package still hadn't been delivered so I contacted Tim Tek Outdoors to see if they could send another email with the tracking number. Tim responded in a couple hours and said he would see what he could do when he got back to his office. I received a response with the tracking number a couple hours later. You can't beat that sort of response time and the price of the lures, as well as the shipping cost, was also very reasonable. While we have all had nightmares dealing with internet purchases I just wanted to let everyone know what great service I got from Tek Outdoors. Should I decide to buy more unpainted lures Tek will be one of the first places I look. Ben
