HixsonBassMan
I was fishing with a buddy below the dam the other day and we had a blast picking up bass after bass on this little pearl white swimming minnow with a tail on it that was something like a grub tail. When put them on a roadrunner lead head and just wore them out! It had a 2" body that was in the sahe of a minnow of course and when you added the tail it was a little over 3" long. he only had 5 left once we were done and he told me that those were the last 5 we would be able to find. I have looked everywhere and I can't find anymore. can anyone help me find this or maybe even make me some? I don't have a picture of one at this time but will try and take one if that might help. thanks so much for your time and help.

HixsonBassMan
Thanks rockylink Nope thats not it but it's not a bad looking bait to be honest. thats looks more like a chuncky grub. to be honest these may have been more made for crappie fishing. the body was pretty thin shapped. and had a fish head and fins on the belly and back. we used a 1/8oz roadrunner lead head and the hook would end up around the back of the belly fin just right before the small tail would start. the tail reminded me allot of the tail on a ZOOM U-Tail worm if you know what i mean. I have tried to find something close on the internet to post a picture with no luck. i'll keep trying

james bradshaw
I was told by a customer that the minnows from Janns net craft don't have as good of tail action at slower speeds. He had received 500 from Janns and stopped using them after he tried some of the Maniac Minnows and ordered 3,000 minnows from us. The 2" minnow measures 2-3/4" long with the tail extended, 3/16 measured from side to side. 3/8" from back to belly not counting the dorsel fin. the 3" minnow is 3-1/2" long with tail extended. side to side is 1/4" back to belly is 7/16" not counting the fin. These baits catch Bass, Trout, Walleye, Crappie, etc. Check out my Web site for price, or call for Bulk pricing. I hope this answered your questions, if not please send a P.M or call 435-279-9900 James
